Tales of Kenzera: ZAU Will not start...
Please HELP!!!... I really want to like this game, but I can't even play it because I keep getting a black screen every time I try to start the game. I looked for a solution to this issue online, but nothing worked. Admittedly, my computer is old, but it should still be just enough to run the game. Split Fiction PC bug - Neon Revenge
Hello, We are playing Split Fiction locally via Steam (Windows 11). At the beginning of Neon Revenge, in the moment depicted by the attached screenshot, Zoe's gravity whip does not impact the target after jumping or double jumping. We've tried many times, and we've watched multiple video walkthroughs of the mission, where the whip easily snaps to the target. Not in our case, so we believe it's a weird and frustrating bug. Hello! While playing split screen on my pc with my partner we seem to run into the bug where Zoe’s gravity whip does not register the targets. We have tried restarting the game multiple times, playing on local play, and dropping the fps with the same result. We're having an issue in one of the sci fi levels where P1 opening a hole in the barrier is not showing up on P2's screen, and nor is the hole itself working when P2 tries to jump or shoot through it. P1 view first image and P2 view second image. (both players on PC and P1 bought the game on steam).I own Split fiction but game say purchase the game
i bought the game and i already played half of the game with my friend. One day i opened the game and it says to me purchase the game which i cannot buy. I bought a digital copy of the full version of It takes two on my brand new nintendo switch 2 and my husband has the friend pass downloaded (also on a nintendo switch). We keep trying but we’ve been unable to connect to each other through the Play Online feature. Whenever we invite each other and attempt to join we keep getting the error “Your account settings has changed. Please connect again now. Result Code: 105-80190000” Please help! Nothings changes I just made a new EA account (so there's no new changes), bought the Nintendo online subscription to play, and bought the game and it still doesn't work. There's forums from years ago and the problem still exists. I've tried all troubleshooting nothing works. I just wish I knew the was a problem before buying everything just to find out it doesn't work. I want it to work online like I was promised when I bought the game. Imagine spending so much money for a switch 2, online subscription (which is mandatory to play online), and the game, only to find out you still can't play. I’ve deleted every cashe, I’ve unlinked and linked my account, I’ve restarted the system, and I’ve closed out and reloaded the game several times. I’ve checked my settings on the EA platform and noticed nothing has changed, however, when I go to add an information to my account like my phone number gives me another error code saying this action cannot be done right now. I just want to be able to play the game online like I was promised when purchasing the game. if not, we need to find a different solution.Split Fiction digital download error
I purchased a digital copy of split fiction in person and the code for redemption is coming up as an error code of 9001-0040 saying it’s already been used even though it is not in my virtual game cards or Home Screen on the switch 2. Is it possible to get the redemption date to see if it was used and returned, or get the error fixed? I purchased this to play online with my boyfriend it won't allow us to connect or play. Amazon won't refund a digital game purchase. Ea support is horrible they won't do anything. So basically I lost $40 on a game I can't play. My boyfriend lives away from me so we can't play it. I wasted my money on a game that EA should help fix problem since it's their issue. Nobody will help or refund. Error 10580190000 won't allow us to connect to EA servers. Nothing helps. Tried everything. Buyer please be aware do not buy. You can not play. Hello, We encountered a bug during one of the episodes (co-op section with the blue bomb/rocket mechanic). The issue occurs when Player 1 shoots the blue bomb. On Player 1’s screen, the bomb hits the correct target (for example, the second large box). However, on Player 2’s screen, the bomb appears to hit a completely different object (for example, the fourth box instead of the second). This creates a synchronization problem between players. Because of this desync, we are unable to correctly trigger the mechanism needed to open the gate, as the blue rocket does not register on the same object for both players. As a result, progression becomes impossible. Please let us know if you need a video or additional information. Thank you.

Uninstall the EA app version to launch. i tried delete both app and ea play. i tried repair ea files and clear cache. i tried link and unlink my accounts. i tried installing on another account. Wild Hearts Crashing when loading into Minato (Chapter 4 and beyond)
Every time I've tried to log in now for the past couple of days to continue the story because I do enjoy this game I get hit with an un-identifiable crash for the game because no error code pops up in the EA app. I was playing the game problem free until 2 days ago when this first started but its persisted through a fresh reinstall of the game which is kind of baffling to me. Its the moment I load into Minato the game just locks up and immediately crashes, no error code to fall back on or anything, just a dead process and no feasible way out of it. When I made a backup of my save data and did a little save reset by loading into a new save that works and is playable but the moment I try to load my original save it crashes immediately. I don't want to start over for the third time.It Takes Two Nintendo Switch Error - 105-80190000
Reviving this discussion because the other thread was shut down for replies due to being old. When trying to connect through "online play." I can't get in and get the message that "Your account settings has changed. Please connect again now." I just bought the game and set up the link to the EA account to my nintendo account. I tried unlinking and relinking. I tried resetting the time and clearing the cache. I tried using a manual DNS. Nothing has worked so far.
